Marie

Senior Hair Stylist | Salon Owner & Manager

Marie brings over 45 years experience in the industry to Savoir Faire. Her passion for hairdressing was evident from her teenage years when she joined a Salon in Canberra. She completed her formal training and after 13 years, she continued her passion and started her own business focusing on Special Events and Occasions in Hair Artistry, and a move to Brisbane allowed her to gain further skills and experience in the hair and beauty industry.

Marie has been a senior stylist at Savoir Faire for over 5 years. She is now the salon manager and co-owner, and is looking forward to continuing the salons 28 year legacy of excellence.

Gaynor

Senior Hair Stylist

With over 30 years in the industry, Gaynor is a seasoned stylist who joined Savoir-Faire 14 years ago. Originally from Nottingham, UK, she owned her own salon before relocating to Australia. Gaynor has received advanced training with L’Oréal Saks and Vidal Sassoon, bringing her expertise in precision cutting and styling to every client.

Matthew

Senior Hair Stylist

Matthew began his career in 2009 at a boutique salon in Newtown, Sydney, where he developed a deep appreciation for personal style and individuality. Known for his calm energy, Matthew collaborates with clients to create unique, personalised looks. Whether you prefer a quiet appointment or a creative consultation, Matthew ensures you leave feeling and looking your best.

Saskia

Beauty Therapist & Cosmetic Tattooist

Saskia has 27 years of experience in the beauty industry and began her career in Bowral. After honing her skills in Byron Bay and Sydney, she returned to her hometown to share her holistic approach to beauty. Specialising in mind, body, and spirit integration, Saskia is also a skilled cosmetic tattooist, creating natural, customised brows and enhancing her clients' innate beauty.

Damien Smith

Cosmetic Nurse ?? | RN BN NP MN MACN MACNP MACn JP

Damien has over 30 years of experience in the cosmetic and plastic surgery field. After earning her Bachelor of Nursing and completing a Master of Nursing as an endorsed nurse practitioner, Damien became a clinical trainer with Teoxane in 2019. Passionate about natural-looking results, Damien works closely with clients to create personalised treatment plans for wrinkle improvement and volume replacement.

Available by appointment on Saturdays, she combines evidence-based practice with the latest techniques in facial rejuvenation.

Vanessa

Salon Assistant

A longtime resident of The Southern Highlands, Vanessa has over 26 years of experience balancing work and family. Her career began with an apprenticeship at a Bowral salon, and today, she is the friendly face welcoming you to Savoir-Faire. Vanessa’s warmth and vibrant energy ensure every visit starts on a positive note.

Vicky

Salon Co-Owner

Vicky is one of the owners working hard behind the scenes to keep the salon running smoothly. With years in the Corporate world working in National Marketing positions and then together with her husband owning and managing Holiday Resorts and Apartments on The Gold Coast she has made the transition to Hair and Beauty.

Ready for the challenge she is behind the screen letting you all know what is new in the salon and showcasing the fantastic work by the team at Savoir Faire Hair and Beauty.

Beautician

Lana is a qualified Beautician and is now going to pursue her dream of being a hairdresser.
