Marie brings over 45 years experience in the industry to Savoir-Faire. Her passion for hairdressing was evident from her teenage years when she joined a Salon in Canberra. She completed her formal training and after 13 years, she continued her passion and started her own business focusing on Special Events and Occasions in Hair Artistry, and a move to Brisbane allowed her to gain further skills and experience in the hair and beauty industry.
Marie has been a senior stylist at Savoir-Faire for over 5 years. She is now the salon manager and co-owner, and is looking forward to continuing the salons 28 year legacy of excellence.
Matthew began his career in 2009 at a boutique salon in Newtown, Sydney, where he developed a deep appreciation for personal style and individuality. Known for his calm energy, Matthew collaborates with clients to create unique, personalised looks. Whether you prefer a quiet appointment or a creative consultation, Matthew ensures you leave feeling and looking your best.
Damien has over 30 years of experience in the cosmetic and plastic surgery field. After earning her Bachelor of Nursing and completing a Master of Nursing as an endorsed nurse practitioner, Damien became a clinical trainer with Teoxane in 2019. Passionate about natural-looking results, Damien works closely with clients to create personalised treatment plans.
Available by appointment on Saturdays, she combines evidence-based practice with the latest techniques in facial rejuvenation.
A longtime resident of The Southern Highlands, Vanessa has over 26 years of experience balancing work and family. Her career began with an apprenticeship at a Bowral salon, and today, she is the friendly face welcoming you to Savoir-Faire. Vanessa’s warmth and vibrant energy ensure every visit starts on a positive note.

Liv is a qualified beautician with a passion for enhancing natural beauty through lashes, brows, waxing, manicures and pedicures. Her specialties include lash lifts, brow lamination and shaping, and she tailors these services to suit each client’s unique features and style.
Liv has always had a keen interest in the beauty industry. After finishing high school, she committed to pursuing formal studies in beauty therapy and is currently furthering her qualifications to continue growing her skills and knowledge.

Vicky is one of the owners working hard behind the scenes to keep the salon running smoothly. With years in the Corporate world working in National Marketing positions and then together with her husband owning and managing Holiday Resorts and Apartments on The Gold Coast she has made the transition to Hair and Beauty.

Born and bred in the Southern Highlands, Lana has joined the Savoir Faire team to pursue her dream to be a hairdresser.
Ambria has joined the team at Savoir Faire and is currently our Salon Assistant. She loves everything about the Hair Industry and is looking at starting her apprenticeship with us soon.
With her bubbly personality she is a delight to work with and is adored by our clients and her fellow team members.
